Emergency assistance

Lost or stolen cards

If you lose your card or it is stolen, please call us immediately on 0330 123 1966, +44 (0)20 7597 4044 if calling from outside the UK, so we can block your card and stop anyone else using it fraudulently. We'll then send you a replacement card straightaway.

If you lose your card when you're abroad, call us on +44 (0)20 7597 4044 and we will be able to provide you with 24/7 assistance. This includes:

  • emergency card replacement
  • emergency cash disbursement

Damaged cards

If your card is damaged, we will simply replace it with a new one. Call us on 0330 123 1966, +44 (0)20 7597 4044 if calling from outside the UK.

Your PIN and card number will remain the same, and you won’t need to re-register for Visa Secure.

AXA travel insurance

A Voyage account entitles you, your spouse or legal partner and any dependent children* you may have to AXA Travel Insurance – for information on how you’re covered, the details of the policy, and how to make a claim, please see our travel insurance page. AXA Travel Insurance can be called on +44 (0)20 3284 1238.

  • Emergency cash disbursement

    We’ll make sure you’re not left without a cent, dime or ruble to your name. You can receive cash from thousands of locations worldwide including Western Union, MoneyGram and ESL. Call us to arrange an emergency cash disbursement.

  • Emergency card replacement

    You will be issued with a temporary card, which will be couriered to you within 1-3 business days, or can be collected from one of thousands of Visa emergency locations around the world. Call us to arrange an emergency replacement card.

  • I think my email account has been hacked

    Please call us immediately if you see anything suspicious on your account or email account.
