Lost or stolen card
If your card is lost or stolen, call us immediately so we can block it and send out your replacement.

If you’re abroad, we can also provide a temporary replacement card and emergency cash. We can wire your cash to a number of locations, normally on the same day.
Your temporary replacement card will arrive within 1-3 working days. We’ll either send a courier to deliver it, or you can collect it from your nearest Visa emergency location. There are thousands around the world.
Damaged card
If your card isn’t working, call us and we’ll send out a replacement. It should arrive within 3 business days.

Your PIN and card number will stay the same, and you won’t need to re-register for Visa Secure.
