This page is for Investec banking clients who are worried about account security or have been hacked.
Hacked device
If your device is hacked, or a thief has accessed it, you need to delink that device from your Investec online profile as soon as possible.
There are two ways to do this:
Use another linked device
Log into your Investec Online profile from another linked device, go to 'settings' and select 'devices', then delink your hacked device.
Do it over the phone
Call us as soon as possible and we can delink your account for you.

Hacked email account
If you think someone has got into your email account, change your password immediately and log out of your account on all devices.
If you see any suspicious emails relating to your Investec account, or any suspicious activity in your Investec account, call us immediately on one of the numbers below:
