About me
I joined Investec in November 2022 as a Strategy Assistant. My priority is to provide support to the Strategy Team, ensuring the smooth running and coordination of strategic projects. I ensure that activities and decisions around key processes such as Tactical Asset Allocation and Capital Market Assumptions are documented and communicated with stakeholders, as well as researching the market to look for competitor position, industry developments and how that compares to our strategic approach.
Background/Experience
Prior to working at Investec, I worked in the Luxury Industry with a particular focus on providing high quality customer service and CRM management for elite clients. In this role I developed and implemented ad-hoc processes for optimal customer service, customer satisfaction and retention, applied on a reginal level. Moreover, I have prepared social events promoting the store, by collaborating with supply chain, logistics, visual merchandising, marketing and PR teams. Last, I have boosted store sales and productivity through KPI management and CRM planning, upholding company values and communication policies. Among my most recent academic achievements are achieving a Master’s Degree in International Business and Management at the University of Westminster; prior to that, I completed my Bachelor of Law degree at the George Bacovia University, Romania.
