About me

I am a Senior Strategy Director within the Investment and Research Office with responsibility for the team’s commercial strategy. I lead the work to help define our long term strategic positioning both commercially and from an investment perspective. My role involves researching and developing strategies around our clients’ investment journeys to link them to our strategic and tactical market positioning.

Background/Experience

I joined Investec in September 2022. I have been working as a researcher in the financial sector since 2006. This has included roles in asset management, wealth management and private equity with a focus on behavioural research. I was previously the BVCA’s Director of Research and Head of Research at PIMFA. In these roles I researched a vast range of themes related to client investment journeys including goal driven investing, pension freedoms, nudge theoery and generational wealth transfer.
I graduated with a degree in Commerce and an MSc in Strategy from University College Cork, Ireland. I studied Behavioural Economics at the London School of Economics

My interests

In my free time I enjoy going to the theatre, cooking for friends & family and long walks outside of London. I am a registered volunteer and have recently joined a pottery class.
