Irish Heritage Trust

The heart of Investec is encased in core values of honesty and integrity which are reflected by the Irish Heritage Trust in their preservation and historical integrity of Strokestown House and gardens.

The Irish Heritage Trust is an independent non-profit organisation which manages and cares for some of Ireland’s most prestigious house, gardens and museums.

The Trust cares for and manages Strokestown Park House, Gardens & National Famine Museum; Fota House, Arboretum & Gardens, Cork; and Johnstown Castle, Estate, Museum & Gardens, Wexford.

The Trust provides for their conservation and maintenance, and it ensures that they are available for members of the public to enjoy and appreciate in perpetuity. It is also helping them towards financial sustainability, so they can make positive contributions to Irish culture and their communities.

Volunteers helping plant trees at Strokestown House

Over the years, it has been an honor to help with the upkeep and maintenance of the beautiful grounds and gardens.  We were recently involved with the cutting back of one of Irelands longest herbaceous borders, tree planting and of course, lots of digging!

Long may our support and contribution to Strokestown House and national famine museum continue, as we embark upon a partnership with the Irish heritage trust.
