Olivia Blundell joins from Rabobank, with experience in leverage and structured finance, whilst Nicola Rodrigues joins from Eight Advisory, where she advised PE clients on transactional due diligence.

These follow the recent hires of Hannah Lynskey and Victor Ovenshei, who joined the team earlier in 2021 to focus on deal execution, as Investec rapidly expands its subscription capital call financing practise following recent successful capital raising of over €3.3bn from institutional investors.

Marilia Shewchenko and Andriana Goudis also join, both focusing on risk management. Marilia brings 6 years’ experience of designing hedging solutions for the alternative investment industry in Europe, most recently at Rochford Group and, prior to that, Validus Risk Management. Andriana joins directly from Validus Risk Management, where she spent 6 years growing the company’s client base and managing relationships with Private Capital funds globally.
