Investec Private Bank Account card wins Visa awards
Out of 17 000 registered banks worldwide, Visa has selected the winners of its 2017 Visa Global Service Quality Awards. The Investec Visa card was one of only two South African banks to be recognised by Visa and the only one to scoop three awards.
For Visa consumer credit issuers, we won in three categories:
- Authorisation Approval Rate – Card not present (worldwide!)
- Authorisation Approval Rate (domestic) - Authorisation approval rate
- Authorisation Approval Rate (international) – Authorisation approval rate
