Promotional Competition Rules ("Rules")

1. This promotional competition (“Competition”) is run by Investec My Investments, a business area within Investec Bank Limited, registration number 1969/004763/06 and Investec Wealth and Investment International Proprietary Limited, registration number 1972/008905/07 (“the Promoter”).

2. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer of the Promoter.

3. The Competition begins on 6 October 2025 and ends on 11 November2025.

4. The Competition is open to existing clients of the Promoter who do not yet hold a Preservation Fund product with the Promoter (“Entrants”) and who are 18 (eighteen) years or older and resident in South Africa, except the Promoter's directors, partners, employees, agents, consultants and their immediate families.

5. The prizes are one of 5 Gin Trunk Fieldbar cooler boxes.

6. Should the prizes referred to above, for any reason whatsoever, become unavailable, the Promotor may in its sole discretion award a similar prize in value.

7. To enter, Entrants must provide the Promoter with a signed letter of intent to transfer an existing preservation fund held with a third party with a value of at least R200 000 by no later than 11 November 2025 whereafter Entrants will be automatically entered into the Competition.

8. The prize winners will be selected by random selection by a representative from the Promoter’s compliance department on 20 November 2025 and the prize winners will be notified immediately thereafter by telephone and/or by email. If any prize winner's contact details are no longer valid, he or she will forfeit the prize.

9. These Rules may be amended by notification at any time during the Competition. 

10. The prize is exclusively for the prize winner and is not transferable, not exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for its cash value.

11. The prize must be collected at the Promoter’s offices between 9am and 11am on Mondays to Fridays within 30 (thirty) days of winning the prize or otherwise the prize winner will forfeit the prize.

12. The prize winner must bring valid proof of identification when redeeming the prize.

13. The Promoter may make media announcements / publications of the names / photographs of any prize winner/s, but any prize winner/s may expressly elect to decline this. 

14. The Promoter reserves the right to carry out audits in respect of any prize winner/s to verify their eligibility to win such prize/s.

15. The Promoter will use any data submitted by Entrants only for the purposes of running the Competition, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this Competition, all Entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this Competition and any other purposes to which the Entrant has consented.

16. All Entrants and prize winners hereby indemnify the Promoter and its agents, against any / all claims for any injury, loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever from their participation in any way howsoever in this Competition.

17. All prize winners are liable for any tax which may be payable in respect of the prize.
