Making a travel insurance claim
For Private Banking clients with a Voyage account
This page is for Investec private banking customers with a Voyage account who wish to make a claim on their travel insurance.
Claiming on your travel insurance
Please read the appropriate documents below to see exactly what is, and is not covered, noting particularly any conditions, limitations and exclusions. In the event of an emergency, you should first call AXA Assistance on +44 (0)203 284 1238. Please be aware that any minor illness or injury costs must be paid for by you and reclaimed.
To start a claim:
Call AXA's Claims Helpline on +44 (0)203 284 1238 (Monday – Friday 9:00 – 17:00) to obtain a claim form.
You will need to give AXA:
- your name
- your card number
- brief details of your claim.
You need to notify AXA within 28 days of you becoming aware of an incident or loss leading to a claim.

Getting hold of emergency cash
If your card is lost, damaged or stolen, we can wire you some cash to help and send you a replacement card.
