Now in their seventh year, the Investment Week Women in Investment Awards have a vital role to play in helping accelerate the pace of change towards a more diverse and inclusive investment industry.
This year, the awards received over 1,000 nominations from across the industry for over 800 individuals. The awards not only honour the inspiring achievements of women across all parts of the investment industry, they also help shape the discussion around how we can improve diversity & inclusion within the sector and make a real impact. Investment Week is championing improving diversity & inclusion within the investment sector and believe these awards have a valuable part to play in drawing attention to this issue and demonstrating real change is starting to happen.
The awards charity partner for the evening was The Girls' Network, which has a mission to inspire and empower girls from the least advantaged communities by connecting them with a mentor and a network of professional role models who are women.
Congratulations to all the amazing Women in Investment Awards 2023 winners and nominees, including Nicola Day, Deputy Head of Greenbank for winning Sustainable and ESG Woman of the Year (small to medium firms).
