About me

As an investment manager within the charities team, my primary role is to help charities achieve their financial goals through the provision of ongoing investment advice and day-to-day management of their portfolios. I also look after other not-for-profit organisations, corporate clients and pension funds. By gaining a thorough understanding of each client’s needs I can advise on and tailor a portfolio to meet these requirements. Great care is taken to ensure that each client’s attitude to risk, ethical preferences and other requirements are accommodated in order to construct a portfolio that is suitable for their needs. 

Background/Experience

Having joined Investec in 2001, after a brief stint with another firm, I have gained considerable experience from working with charities all of all types and sizes. I have learned from my clients over the years and the benefit of this privilege is that I am able to apply this knowledge to help organisations fulfil their potential. I am also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investments (FCSI).

My interests

I am an avid follower of most sports but rugby in particular. I enjoy cycling and the camaraderie from participating in various Investec charity rides. Time permitting I am a keen traveller and I love spending time with my young family and friends.
