Osa is currently an Investment Strategist at Investec Wealth and Investment International. As a member of the research team, his key responsibilities include broad macroeconomic and financial market research, analysis and commentary that act as inputs to Investec Wealth and Investment’s portfolio construction, strategic and tactical asset allocation, and trading strategies.

He is also a member of the Investec Global Investment Strategy Group and Investec's Economist Council.

Osa joined Investec in 2022, after working at Navigare Securities and Avior Capital Markets. He is currently pursuing a Master of Liberal Arts degree specialising in Finance through Harvard University and holds a Master of Commerce (MCom) degree from Stellenbosch University in Economics and a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours (BCom.Hons) Degree in Economics from Rhodes University.
