The latest Private Bank Account terms and conditions
On 16 December 2020, the latest version of the Investec Private Bank Account terms and conditions will come into effect.
There is a new clause under Personal Information (on page 17) that contains a consent that allows us to share information regarding fraud, misleading or dishonest feedback with credit bureaus and other crime prevention organisations.
