Clients need to reside in the UK to be eligible.

Flexible repayment options including a revolving mortgage
Minimum amount your clients can borrow is £1m
We typically lend up to £10m and we may consider higher

Borrow up to 95% of the property value depending on client circumstances

Rates and overpayments

Fixed rates available for 2, 3, 4 and 5 years
Variable rates are available for 2 and 5 years
We also accept overpayments (fees may apply)
There are no early repayment charges for variable rate mortgages
