Our buy-to-let mortgage is a flexible and highly personalised solution. We tailor every mortgage to take into account your client's rental income and, if required, consider their wider wealth.

Client eligibility

£300k

Minimum annual earnings of £300,000 required to qualify.

UK resident

Clients need to reside in the UK to be eligible.

Tailored terms and repayment types

  • Term of up to 15 years on any repayment type

Flexible borrowing amount

  • Flexible repayment options
  • Minimum amount your clients can borrow is £1m
  • We lend up to £10 million and may consider higher
  • We assess rental cover but we can also look at other income sources

Borrow up to 70% LTV

  • Borrow up to 70% of the property value depending on client circumstances

Rates and overpayments

  • Fixed rates available for 2, 3, 4, and 5 years
  • 2 year, 5 year and lifetime variable rates are also available
  • We also accept overpayments (fees may apply)

Our mortgages are available to UK residents only.

The property may be repossessed if your client does not keep up repayments on their mortgage.
