About me

My priority is to help my clients achieve their long term financial objectives. I construct and manage tailored investment portfolios that are suitable for their present and future needs, taking into account their current position, requirements, risk levels and objectives. I manage assets on behalf of private individuals, charities, trusts and personal pension schemes using Investec’s excellent in-house research team to monitor and tailor these portfolios. I will often work closely with client advisors, financial planners and accountants to ensure client objectives are met in the most tax efficient way.

Background/Experience

With over two decades of experience in wealth management, I have formed close relationships with all my clients often over many generations. Before joining Investec (formerly Carr Sheppards Crosthwaite) in 2001, I worked at Quilters where I completed my professional exams, building my knowledge and expertise. I am now a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

My interests

I’m passionate about playing and watching sports. Whilst at university I played semi-professional rugby for Birkenhead Park and I am an experienced skier always looking for fresh tracks. I also enjoy collecting fine wine and love travelling. When I’m not training for marathons and triathlons, I keep active by trying to prevent my two sons getting up to mischief, which I find far more exhausting.
