Follow these easy steps:
- Open the document and enter your password to open it
- Select ‘File’ in the top left and ‘Print’
- Under ‘Printer’, use the drop down and select ‘Microsoft Print to PDF’
- Click on ‘Print’ on the bottom left
- Enter a file name and choose where to save the file
- Click on ‘Save’

Increasing your online payment limit
There are two ways you can access the ability to increase your online payments limit once logged into Investec Online.
- Select an account from the dashboard, select ‘Update limits’
- From the menu, go to ‘My Banking’ and ‘Update limits’
* Only a designated online banker can update limits. You cannot update online payment limits from the App.
- Select an account. The limit applies only to selected account. If you want to update limit for another account, you will need to repeat the process.
- Set limit. Select the individual you want to change the limit for. This can be used for multiple user access (MUA).
- New limit. You can enter the new limit amount in this field.
- Limit available. This indicates the current limit minus the limit utilised.
- Limit used. This is the calculation of total transactions that make up the limit (eg, payments to external accounts, VAS purchases)
- Temporary or permanent. This shows whether the change in limit is temporary or permanent.
- Temporary limit changes mean that the online payments limit will go back to the default limit amount on the first day of every month.
- We suggest changes made to limits are temporary to provide greater security and prevent against possible fraud.
- After submitting the change of your online payments limit, you will see a summary page of the changes.
- You need to check the box that indicates you confirm and agree to the changes.
- After this, you will receive a second factor authentication to accept the change. This could be InApp, USSD or OTP.
