I have spent more than 25 years writing and editing for some of South Africa’s leading insurance, lifestyle and banking brands. At Investec, I create Private Banking communications, from thought leadership and website content to client newsletters and operational emails.

I hold an honours degree in Journalism and specialise in turning complex ideas into clear, engaging content that helps people understand, connect and act.

In the last few years, I have focused on behavioural science, exploring how millions of micro-decisions can shape what we see, feel and choose. In my work, I implement these powerful principles to help the business better understand customers, design more human experiences and build stronger relationships.
