Click to Pay is a simple and secure way to pay online using your Investec Visa card.
Instead of entering your card details every time at check out, you simply use your mobile phone number (a unique identifier) to quickly access your cards.
No sign-up is required – Click to Pay is automatically enabled on all Investec Visa cards.
Security is key
Your card details are replaced with a digital version of your card, known as a token. Your actual card number is never shared with merchants, reducing the risk of fraud and keeping your information secure.
Your personal details (name, email, mobile number, and address) are encrypted and securely sent to Visa. They are only decrypted during checkout and are never stored in plain text, ensuring your data remains protected.
For security reasons, only Investec can update your card and personal details in your Click to Pay profile. This helps prevent fraud. You can update your delivery address where applicable.
