Our role

Investec Direct Lending continues its support of long-standing client, Com Laude, by providing senior debt facilities on a bilateral basis to support PX3’s acquisition of the business.

Investec will continue its role as sole lender to Com Laude, having supported the business since 2017. We have worked closely with Management over this period, and we are delighted to continue our support under PX3’s ownership.

Investec was able to quickly deliver approval for a flexible debt package to support the transaction while also providing FX solutions for the client.
