Investec supports AtlasEdge on €1.2 billion financing for data centre portfolio expansion in Europe
Our role
Our UK Energy & Infrastructure Finance team is pleased to have supported AtlasEdge, a leading European data centre provider and a joint venture between DigitalBridge and Liberty Global, on its EUR 1.2 billion financing.
The facilities comprise €738 million in committed debt and a further €500 million uncommitted accordion, representing the largest ever financing by AtlasEdge, and will provide the company with significant capital to accelerate its European expansion.
We are proud to have supported AtlasEdge, DigitalBridge and Liberty Global on this transaction, which further demonstrates Investec’s strong track record and deep expertise in the European data centre market.
