Direct Lending supports CBPE’s investment in Brookbanks
Our role
Our UK Direct Lending team is providing senior debt facilities to support CBPE's investment in Brookbanks and provide additional flexibility for the business as it continues to develop its integrated consultancy platform. We are delighted to support CBPE once again, building on a longstanding relationship.
About CBPE
CBPE is a leading UK mid-market private equity investor that partners with ambitious management teams to support long-term growth. The firm takes a pragmatic and collaborative approach to helping businesses realise their potential. CBPE is investing in Brookbanks from CBPE Capital Fund XI, which closed at the hard cap of £714m in March 2025 within four months of launch. Fund XI continues CBPE’s established strategy of backing growing, cash-generative UK & Ireland headquartered businesses with enterprise values of up to £175 million.

Brookbanks is a UK based multi-disciplinary Consultant and Development Partner founded in 1997. The business provides specialist technical, environmental, highways, commercial and project management services, with the ability to bring those disciplines together through an integrated Development Partner role.
