£170 million senior debt facilities to support GI Partners’ refinancing of ASK4
Our role
Our UK Energy & Infrastructure Finance team is delighted, as an existing lender, to renew its partnership with ASK4 and GI Partners by acting as mandated lead arranger and hedging provider on its £170 million senior debt refinancing. ASK4 is a European managed internet and smart building technology service provider, owned by GI Partners.
This transaction provides ASK4 with new capital to enable its continued growth across the UK and Europe. We are delighted to deepen our relationship with both GI Partners and ASK4, and to continue our involvement in the managed internet sector as the business expands.
