Direct Lending supports the refinancing of Lawfront Group
Our role
Our UK Direct Lending team is pleased to have provided senior debt facilities for the refinancing of Lawfront Group – a national legal services consolidator backed by Blixt Group.
This transaction will provide Lawfront with greater capacity to deliver on its next phase of expansion and pursue further acquisitions. Since 2023, our Direct Lending business has worked with Lawfront across several debt finance transactions that have helped underpin its successful M&A strategy. We are proud to continue our support for the firm as it strengthens its national presence.
