Direct Lending supports Maguar Capital Partners with its acquisition of ConSense GmbH
Our role
Our European Direct Lending team is pleased to be providing senior debt facilities to support Maguar Capital Partners’ acquisition of ConSense – a Germany-based Integrated Management Systems services provider for Governance, Risk and Compliance.
This transaction marks our Direct Lending team’s first deal with Maguar Capital Partners and provides a strong foundation from which to build a long-standing relationship. We look forward to supporting Maguar and the management team as they pursue their growth ambitions for ConSense.
