Our role

Investec Growth & Leveraged Finance has provided incremental senior debt and acquisition facilities to support August Equity portfolio asset Anderson Anderson & Brown (“AAB”) with its buy and build strategy. The company was acquired by August in October 2021 and has performed strongly since investment. 

Investec are excited to support August Equity with this transaction.
