Our role

Investec Aviation, in partnership with AB CarVal and funds it manages, has launched a new commercial aviation financing platform to deliver innovative, secured asset-backed lending solutions to airlines and aircraft leasing companies globally. Under this strategic initiative, Investec will serve as exclusive originator and loan servicer, co-investing alongside AB CarVal-managed funds - aligning interests across origination, structuring, execution and ongoing portfolio management. The platform is expected to build a diversified portfolio of secured aviation loans to support fleet funding, liquidity and wider financing needs.
