Our role

Our Energy and Infrastructure Finance - UK & Europe team is pleased to announce they acted as Sole Mandated Lead Arranger and Bookrunner on a £360 million financing package for AMP Clean Energy.

We advised and arranged a bespoke debt financing that provides a comprehensive long-term solution addressing the company’s current and future funding needs, also acting as account bank, security agent, facility agent and global agent.

Following our financing of the company’s flagship heat decarbonisation project in 2023, this new transaction is the successful outcome of our longstanding relationship and ongoing collaboration with AMP and Asterion Industrial Partners.
