Our Direct Lending team is pleased to be supporting long-standing client, Amerplast Group, with working capital and term lending facilities to strengthen the Group’s capital structure.
About Amerplast Group
Amerplast is a pan-European flexible packaging manufacturer, supplying blue-chip food, bakery and hygiene customers through five manufacturing sites across the UK and Europe. They are a longstanding client of our Direct Lending team through the Hanmere and Plasmech divisions since 2017.
About Chiltern Capital
Chiltern is a private investment firm. They invest across all B2B sectors and partner with founders, family-run businesses, and corporate vendors, taking a flexible approach to each investment situation.
