Energy & Infrastructure Finance supports Arcus Infrastructure Partners with its acquisition of Wifinity
Our role
Our UK Energy & Infrastructure Finance team is delighted to have acted as mandated lead arranger and hedging provider in support of Arcus Infrastructure Partners’ acquisition of Wifinity – a leading provider of specialist connectivity services in the UK – from Lloyds Development Capital.
We are pleased to continue supporting the specialist connectivity sector and we look forward to working closely with Arcus and the Wifinity management team as the business continues to expand.
