Our UK Energy & Infrastructure Finance team is delighted to announce its successful support of Basalt Infrastructure Partners with their acquisition of Chemco Ireland - a leading provider of specialist chemical logistics, storage, and distribution services - from the company’s founder shareholders.

We acted as a Mandated Lead Arranger and Hedging Provider.
