Investec has been appointed as Nomad and Joint Corporate Broker to Boku, Inc., which is listed on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM market, with a market capitalisation of c.£490m.

Investec has been appointed to help promote Boku’s equity story, broaden its shareholder register and support its growth ambitions through strategic advice.
