Our role
Investec's Northern M&A Advisory Team has advised the shareholders of BriefYourMarket on its strategic sale to Nurtur Group.
Investec successfully led the M&A process under its sell-side mandate. The transaction sees two growing property sector service providers join forces to deliver a holistic licence and SaaS offering to the UK property industry and beyond. The transaction met diverse shareholder objectives including significant value realisation and incentivising an ambitious senior management team to deliver continued growth.
