Investec is pleased to announce its appointment as Joint Financial Adviser and Joint Corporate Broker to CAB Payments Holdings plc, the holding company for Crown Agents Bank, with immediate effect.

Investec has been appointed to CAB Payments to help promote their equity story, broaden its shareholder register and support its strategic growth ambitions.

CAB Payments Holdings plc is listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
