Our role

Our UK M&A Advisory team is delighted to have advised Cinven on their investment into Flint Global – a leading professional services business that advises corporates and investors on regulatory, policy, competition and economics matters.

The deal marks our 16th in professional services over the last two years and is our second in regulatory and policy consulting in recent months - with our US colleagues, Clearsight Advisors, supporting L Squared Capital Partners on their investment into Ergo in November.
