Our European Direct Lending team is pleased to support private equity firm, Cobepa, with the refinancing of HG – a long-standing Investec client and a leading European provider of specialist consumer cleaning products.

We provided senior debt facilities to support HG’s future growth as it continues to expand its footprint across more than 30 countries worldwide.

We are delighted to continue backing both sponsor and borrower as HG enters the next phase of its growth journey.
