Our role

Our Direct Lending team has provided senior debt facilities, as part of a lender-club, to support DBAY Advisors' acquisition of The Alternative Parcels Company ("APC"). This marks our second transaction with DBAY, further strengthening our relationship with the sponsor.

We were chosen to support this transaction due to our extensive experience in the logistics sector, our proven ability to deliver bespoke financing solutions and our capacity to act swiftly to provide financial certainty for the client.

The deal follows another successful transaction with DBAY Advisors, in which Investec acted as Sole Financial Adviser on its £362 million acquisition of Alliance Pharma plc. Read more
