Investec was able to help a new client, DF Capital, raise £40 million to support anticipated near-term opportunities and accelerate achievement of run- rate profitability.
Investec assisted DF Capital to position the equity story and arrange a targeted investor roadshow to both new and existing institutional investors.
Investec is Nominated Advisor and Corporate Broker to DF Capital.
The Deal
The proceeds, alongside the capital already available to the group, should support a loan book of up to £550m. The net proceeds will be used to unlock significant pipeline demand, accelerate the group’s business plan and loan book growth and the development of new products and features.
