Direct Lending provides incremental debt facilities to DK Accountants
Our role
Our European Direct Lending team is pleased to have provided additional senior debt facilities to DK Accountants (“DK”), to support the next phase of its successful M&A strategy.
DK Accountants has been an Investec client since January 2025. Over this period, the business has used Investec facilities to complete strategic acquisitions in the Netherlands – strengthening DK’s position as a fast-growing, full-service Dutch accountancy platform.
About DK Accountants
Founded in 1989, DK is a Dutch-focused independent, full-service accountancy and advisory platform focused on accounting, tax, payroll, advisory and audit services to SMEs. Since 2019, DK has completed several acquisitions and has grown in presence to 17 offices in the Netherlands.
