Our role

Investec Growth & Leveraged Finance (“G&LF”) provides senior debt facilities to refinance Eaton Gate's (“EG") existing debt and to support the business’ future growth both organically and through selective acquisitions.

The Deal

EG is a managing general underwriter (MGU) specialising in both UK commercial and home insurance. Through its bespoke technology software platform, EG has created a unique offering providing bespoke insurance solutions to brokers and insurers. The business has grown significantly since it was founded in 2016, by Insurance entrepreneur Gary Burke. Gary and his team have over 35 years of experience within the sector and have built up strong relationships with the broker community.
