Our role

Our Direct Lending team is pleased to be providing senior debt facilities to support Erisbeg with the refinancing of their portfolio asset, O’Reilly Stuart & Associates Limited (“ORS”), a leading multi-disciplinary building consultancy in Ireland.

This transaction marks our Direct Lending team’s first deal with Erisbeg, with our Fund Solutions team supporting Erisbeg at the fund level, illustrating Investec’s desire and ability to strategically and holistically support leading private equity clients.  

ORS represents our fifth Direct Lending transaction in Ireland, which, alongside our long-standing Irish operations, displays our commitment to consistently backing high-growth, private equity backed businesses in the market.
