Freshstream

Our role

Investec’s Direct Lending team has provided Integrated Asset Based and Cashflow Lending facilities to support Freshstream with their investment in G2V Group, a specialist international recruitment firm. The facilities will be used to support the initial investment and ongoing working capital requirements of the group.

This is our Direct Lending team’s first transaction with Freshstream, building on the existing, strong, institutional relationship between the two firms. Investec is delighted to be once again supporting G2V, having backed the company from 2021 to 2023, and to be working with Freshstream, particularly given their strategy focus on partnering with entrepreneurs such as G2V.
