Our role

Our Corporate Broking & PLC Advisory team is pleased to announce its re-appointment as Joint Corporate Broker to Gamma Communications plc (“Gamma”), a leading provider of technology-based communication solutions across Europe.

This appointment renews a long-standing partnership with Gamma dating back over a decade to our role as Nominated Adviser, Broker & Sole Bookrunner on its £165 million IPO in 2014.

Gamma is a UK listed success story. Since IPO, Gamma has almost quadrupled revenues and grown profits more than eightfold. Gamma is now a pan-European business and employs around 2,200 people across the UK & Continental Europe but its achievements and future opportunity for continued growth are perhaps under recognised by the market.
