Our role
Investec Growth & Leveraged Finance has provided a senior debt package to support Elysian’s acquisition of Gravity Global.
The financing package will allow Gravity to accelerate their growth plans and continue their buy and build strategy.
Investec were delighted to be able to support this business in its next phase of growth and development and to complete our first transaction with Elysian Capital.

Gravity Global is a digitally led marketing agency, serving a blue chip customer base of businesses in B2B sectors and complex markets across a range of industries, including software, financial services, aerospace, industrial, pharma and automotive. The business operates from four offices in the UK, along with operations in Poland and Spain, as well as having links with an international network of affiliates.
