Our role

Our Direct Lending team is supporting CBPE with its significant strategic investment in HF by providing senior debt facilities.

Due to our long-standing relationship with CBPE, we were approached to provide financing to support the buyout, where we were able to deliver an attractive financing solution in a short time frame. This deal marks our eighth with CBPE who we were pleased to be able to work with again on this transaction.
