Our role

Investec has advised August Equity on its investment in Impact Futures and The Childcare Company (“Impact Futures”), a leading provider of apprenticeships and commercial training in critical, licence-to-practice end markets including health and social care and early years.

The deal marks the first investment from August Equity’s sixth fund and will accelerate the next stage of growth in the business as it seeks to realise its ambition of becoming one of the leading national providers of vocational and commercial training in the UK.

With August’s expertise and input, Impact Futures will continue to deepen its offering in its core end markets and expand its proposition in attractive adjacent sectors through an organic and inorganic growth strategy.

Investec leveraged its deep sector knowledge and understanding of the education and training market to support August Equity throughout the transaction.
