Our UK Direct Lending team is pleased to have provided senior debt facilities to the InsureTec Group, a leading UK specialist commercial motor insurance intermediary focused on the van insurance market.
The transaction provides strategic financing to InsureTec and strongly positions the business for its next phase of growth, supported by its proprietary technology, deep partner relationships and established position within the UK commercial vehicle insurance market.
