Our UK Fund Solutions and Energy & Infrastructure Finance teams are pleased to have acted as Sole Mandated Lead Arranger and Bookrunner for a bespoke, multicurrency NAV facility of up to $130 million for NextPower III ESG, a solar-focused private investment fund managed by NextEnergy Capital.

This facility will enhance the fund’s returns by optimising its capital structure and enabling further value-accretive investments.
