Our role

Investec Direct Lending provided senior debt facilities on a bilateral basis to support FLEX Capital’s (“FLEX”) acquisition of Omikron. Due to our extensive experience in the DACH software market, and proven ability to deliver bespoke financing solutions, Investec was selected to support the buyout.

This deal marks our first with FLEX, who we're delighted to support with this transaction. FLEX’s entrepreneurial spirit and focussed approach on high quality technology companies in German speaking countries aligns well with Investec Direct Lending’s DACH strategy; we are therefore excited to work with the team at FLEX and look forward to building a successful long-term partnership.
